2. Using advanced digital valve group, the pressure can be adjusted accurately and quickly, and the pressure error can be controlled within 4mbar.

3. Intelligent pressure compensation, including real-time pressure compensation and automatic compensation for liquid level drop, the compensation method can be selected automatic and manual. High-precision pressure sensor is used to detect furnace pressure in real time.

4. Set up 6 independent cooling circuits. Each cooling circuit can choose to use gas or water cooling, and the 6 cooling channels have manual or time control methods.

5. The specially designed equipment diagnostic screen, production and alarm prompt functions are sound, so that on-site operators can find and eliminate faults.

6. The materials of the insulation furnace are all made of special furnace materials of the United Coal Mine in the United States. The furnace materials and alloys are not wetted, the chemical properties are stable, and the service life is long. The insulation furnace has an over-temperature alarm function and a furnace door opening and closing limit safety protection device.
