Check whether the rubber parts of the hydraulic machine motor and pump coupling are damaged or missing. Damaged or missing rubber parts of the coupling should be replaced or repaired.

 

Check the installation concentricity of the hydraulic pump and motor. Requirements should be specified to adjust the installation concentricity of the pump and motor.

Check the coupling keys or splines. Wear will cause radial runout of the rotating parts. 

 

Check the end seals where the pump body is in direct contact with the end caps on both sides. If the flatness of the contact surface does not meet the specified requirements, the pump will easily suck in air during operation. The hydraulic press can use the grinding paste to grind back and forth in a figure-8 shape on the flat plate.

 

Check the fitting contact between the end cover hole of the hydraulic pump and the outer diameter of the gland. If the fit is not good, air can easily invade from this contact point.

 

Check the parts inside the hydraulic pump for damage or wear. Damage or serious wear of parts inside the pump will produce vibration and noise. For example, the tooth shape error or tooth pitch error is large, the contact between the two gears is poor, the tooth surface roughness is high, the common normal length is out of tolerance, the tooth side is too small, the contact area of ​​the two gears is not on the indexing circle, etc.
