1. We can take out some deposited sludge from the bottom of the fuel tank. If we find a lot of asphalt and degeneration in the middle, it means that the fuel tank in the hydraulic press has been oxidized and decomposed, and its function is gradually declining, and it needs to be replaced with a new one.

2. First, take out a little amount of oil that needs to be measured from the hydraulic oil pump, and then check whether the color changes. If you find that the color is milky white and turbid or sometimes like light yellow milk, it means that the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic press needs to be replaced.

3. Use the burning method to identify. If you find that there is a lot of water in the oil in the hydraulic press, a lot of white smoke will emit when burning, or you will feel sticky when you touch it with your hands, these phenomena can be It means that the oil has been emulsified and degenerated, and it can no longer be used.

4. Take out a little bit of oil from the hydraulic press to see if there is any colloid deposits. Then put it on your fingers and twist it. If you feel a lot of gum, it has good stickiness. On the contrary, it means that the oil has been oxidized.

5. Filter with filter paper. After filtering, if there is black residue remaining on the filter paper and a pungent smell, it means that the oil in the hydraulic press has undergone oxidative degradation.
