How to eliminate excessive noise in hydraulic press motor

How to troubleshoot the causes of excessive noise, vibration and heat in the hydraulic press motor are as follows:

1）Reasons for the hydraulic press motor itself:

a、The tooth shape accuracy of the hydraulic press is poor or the contact is poor;

b、Small axial clearance；

c、Exception for motor needle roller bearings；

d、Some parts of the hydraulic press motor are damaged；

e、The inner hole of the hydraulic machine is not perpendicular to the end face, and the bearing holes of the front and rear covers are not parallel, resulting in uneven rotation, serious mechanical friction, and large noise and vibration.

2）Air has entered the system. Air also enters the hydraulic press motor：

a、Oil filter clogged with dirt；

b、Air leakage from pump inlet pipe joint；

c、The oil level in the fuel tank is too low；

d、Due to aging of the oil and poor defoaming properties, air bubbles enter the hydraulic machine motor.

The elimination method is as follows：

1）Try your best to eliminate the vibration and noise caused by the radial imbalance and axial imbalance of the hydraulic machine motor, such as:

a、Research the hydraulic press or replace the hydraulic press；

b、Precision of grinding related parts；

e、Replace damaged parts；

f、Avoid excessive unbalanced radial loads on the output shaft.

2）Troubleshoot hydraulic system air intake problems, such as:

a、Clean the oil filter to reduce oil contamination；

b、Tighten the joints of the pump oil inlet pipe and replace any damaged seals；

c、The oil tank is replenished and added to the cursor required position；

d、If the oil is seriously polluted and aged, it must be replaced.
