1. Adjust the pressure reducing valve

Open the pressure reducing valve cover on the Pneumatic Press, turn the adjustment screw clockwise to increase the opening of the pressure reducing valve. Observe the pressure value on the barometer, and stop adjusting when the required pressure is reached. Reset the pressure reducing valve cover to complete the adjustment.

2. Adjust the pressure gauge

Open the control panel of the pneumatic press, start the machine, and let the compressed air flow through the pressure gauge. Use a pressure regulator or screwdriver to adjust the scale of the pressure gauge to make it consistent with the actual pressure. Turn off the pneumatic press and complete the adjustment.

3. Replace the pneumatic cylinder

Turn off the pneumatic press and unplug the power supply. Loosen the connecting bolts of the pneumatic cylinder with a wrench or torque wrench, and remove the pneumatic cylinder. Install the new pneumatic cylinder and tighten the connecting bolts, but do not overtighten them. Connect the pneumatic cylinder pipeline and wires, turn on the power supply, start the pneumatic press, and check whether the pneumatic cylinder is working properly.
