The low-pressure casting machine is not as efficient as the high-pressure casting machine, but the castings it obtains can be heat treated, and it has a great advantage that the pressure and speed when pouring concrete in place are controllable. The utilization rate is very high, mostly exceeding 90%. In addition, the mechanical equipment structures of the two are different, and the punching system of the low-pressure casting machine is more complex.

 

       The specialty of pressure forging is to put the prefabricated component blocks into the semi-mold, and after the mold is closed, the liquid can be quickly filled according to the pressure. The operation process is relatively simple, but castings are prone to vent hole defects.
