　5. When pouring or solidifying the raw material liquid, the casting machine should ensure that all other control actions are in an interlocked state;

 

　6. From the overall design point of view, it is necessary to ensure that the Casting mold can be firmly installed on the moving and fixed seat plates to avoid accidental loosening and danger to the operator.

 

　7. The rising tube, transition sleeve and gate of the holding furnace should be sealed and tightened, and pouring can only be done after the holding furnace is in the correct working position;

 

   8. The number of controllers of the equipment should be consistent with the number of staff specified on the switch;
