   What is the reason for insufficient or no oil supply in the hydraulic press? When the air entering the oil reaches a certain amount, it will cause insufficient oil supply to the system or even no oil supply. Furthermore, if the hydraulic oil cannot flow into the suction port in time, cavitation will occur in the pump suction port, causing premature damage to the plunger seal and cavitation of the plunger cylinder wall. For this reason, corresponding measures must be taken to reduce or prevent air from entering the hydraulic system.

Troubleshooting:

 

1.The oil-free suction hose is flat and broken. The flow rate of liquid at the oil suction port should be controlled as much as possible (for oil suction hoses, the liquid flow speed of small hydraulic machines should generally not exceed 3~5m/s) to prevent the pressure at each point of the oil suction pipeline from being lower than atmospheric pressure and forming a vacuum, causing the rubber hose to Flattening, air leakage and air intrusion. c. Control the oil level in the fuel tank. Under normal circumstances, the vertical distance between the lowest oil level of the tank and the oil suction port should be less than 0.5m; if the system permits, the height of the oil level in the tank should be higher than the oil suction port of the pump, and the end of the oil return pipe of the hydraulic system should always be at the oil level. This will prevent bubbles from forming. d. Regularly check and clean the oil suction filter of small hydraulic machines to prevent the oil suction filter from clogging, otherwise it will create conditions for the entry of air, which may lead to hydraulic air suction.

 

2.If there are a large number of air bubbles in the oil tank of a Small hydraulic machine, they should be eliminated in time. If there is a considerable amount of air in the oil, the pipe joint at the outlet of the plunger pump can be loosened to discharge the air in the pump.

 

3.Make sure all inlet pipe connections are leak-free. To ensure good sealing, all pipe joints should be tightened; for plunger pumps, a tighter sealing device must be provided.
