       Before casting in the Gravity Casting Machine, the gravity Casting mold must be preheated first, because the gravity casting mold is usually made of steel. If it is not preheated before casting, the poured aluminum liquid will cool down quickly. When encountering a cold mold The fluidity will be greatly reduced when the mold is poured, which will easily cause defects such as cold shut, insufficient pouring and pores in the casting. Moreover, when pouring the unpreheated gravity casting mold, the casting will be subject to strong thermal shock and the stress will double, making it easy to be damaged.
