During the pressing process, the powder material is subjected to high pressure, and cold welding occurs between its particles and forms a whole, so that the part has a certain strength.

The mold is opened and the molded part is taken out. At this point, the part already has a certain strength and shape.

The molded parts may require subsequent sintering, heat treatment, machining and other processes to further improve their performance and precision.
