Small air compressors mainly rely on compressed air provided by air compressors. The air compressor sucks in the outside air and compresses it to increase its pressure, and then stores the compressed air with a certain pressure in the air tank for standby use. When the small air compressor needs to be used, the compressed air in the air tank is transported to the cylinder and other actuators of the air compressor through pipelines. In the cylinder, the compressed air pushes the piston to reciprocate, and the parts connected to the piston (such as the pressure head, connecting rod, etc.) will produce corresponding movements with the movement of the piston, thereby performing work externally to achieve various processing operations such as stamping, riveting, and pressing. For example, when riveting some small metal parts, the pressure head of the air compressor quickly hits the rivet under the push of compressed air, causing it to deform and complete the riveting work.

 

Industrial manufacturing: It can be used for stamping small parts, such as the metal shell molding of some electronic components. The punch of the air press can be used to stamp the metal sheet into a specified shape with the cooperation of the mold; it can also perform riveting operations, such as connecting the thin plate parts in some mechanical products with rivets. The air press can complete the riveting work quickly and accurately, improving production efficiency.

Automotive maintenance: In the installation and disassembly process of automotive parts, such as when installing car seats, it is necessary to tighten the fixing bolts of the seat. The small air press can be used as a powerful tool to use its pressure to ensure that the bolts are firmly installed; when disassembling some tightly fitting automotive parts, the force provided by the air press can also be used for separation operations.

Handicraft production: In the production of some handmade leather goods, the edges of the leather goods need to be compacted and shaped. The small air press can apply uniform pressure to the leather goods through a suitable press, under the operation of the handicraft master, so that the edges of the leather goods are more regular and the production quality is improved.
