   20 ton hydraulic press has a wide range of uses and high production efficiency. It is used for cutting, punching, bending, forming, blanking and other processes. Through some common problems, we can roughly judge the working status of the hydraulic press, conduct self-diagnosis, and promptly find problems and troubleshoot.

   The most common is the scratches on the surface of the hydraulic press workpiece. Although it does not affect normal use, it means that the Hydraulic Hot Pressing Press needs to be adjusted. For example, the gap is too small, the surface of the pressure wheel is rough, etc. It is necessary to re-measure the gap of the hydraulic press, grind the pressure wheel, and apply engine oil. Due to insufficient lubrication or unclean lubricating oil, the hydraulic press bearings are heated. Check the lubrication and clean the bearings. The guide rail gap is too small, resulting in poor lubrication and poor contact. The guide rail must be re-grinded to adjust the appropriate gap and pay attention to the lubrication of the hydraulic press.

 

   There are also various problems when operating the Hydraulic Stamping Press. If the clutch does not engage or cannot be disengaged after engagement, it means that the elastic key is too tight and the spring needs to be replaced. When the hydraulic press clutch is disengaged, the slider cannot stop at the dead point, causing the hydraulic press to brake. If the pulling force is insufficient or the brake belt is excessively worn, the hydraulic press spring tension should be adjusted in time and the brake should be replaced. The stripper plate of the 50 ton hydraulic press does not work, or the punch strikes the wrong position. Adjust the striking position and manually turn the flywheel to try to exit.

 

   It is very important to keep the Hydraulic Press Machine clean. Although we cannot completely prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system or hydraulic components, we must also try our best to keep the manufacturing, storage, assembly and production of the hydraulic press clean and dust-free. Hydraulic components are packaged separately and sealed. Components are not allowed to directly contact the ground and must be used within the specified period. When assembling the hydraulic press, the installation of hydraulic components, the connection and layout of pipelines must be cleaned up quickly. It is forbidden to wipe the hydraulic components with fiber fabrics, and operators are strictly prohibited from wearing gloves to complete the assembly work.
