   1. Hydraulic pump outlet pressure signal. The hydraulic pump is the heart of the Deep Drawing Hydraulic Press. When the plunger pump fails, the pump outlet pressure signal will definitely be abnormal. Therefore, the pressure signal can be used to detect the status of the hydraulic pump;
    2. The oil tank level signal is an important status parameter in the hydraulic system. The appropriate liquid level plays an important role in the precipitation and filtration of oil bubbles and impurities, as well as stabilizing the oil temperature;

    3. Oil temperature signal. The oil temperature has a great influence on the performance of each component of the Hydraulic Hot Pressing Press hydraulic system. For the filter press system, it is generally better to control it below 60°C;
4. The displacement sensor and hydraulic cylinder pressure signal are the final reflection of the normal working state of the Hydraulic Stamping Press system;
   5. Oil filter clogging signal. The hydraulic press uses an oil return filter. The oil filter pressure difference relay sends a signal to determine the status of the oil filter and the working medium and provides a switch signal;
    6. The pressure signal of the rodless cavity of the hydraulic cylinder and the working status and performance of the reversing valve directly affect the pressure changes of the hydraulic cylinder.
    7. The pressure sensor at the overflow valve. In the hydraulic system of the hydraulic press, the overflow valve can adjust the rated working pressure of the hydraulic actuator to ensure the normal operation of the system. It also directly affects the working performance and safety of the entire hydraulic system of the hydraulic press;
    Some abnormal reactions of the 50 ton hydraulic press reflect problems in the control system. For example, the heating of the plunger pump is due to wear and tear between the pump plunger and the cylinder hole, oil distribution plate, and cylinder body joint surface, which increases the internal leakage. If the leakage energy is large, the leakage energy will be converted into heat energy, causing heating; too high oil temperature is also a very common situation. If the oil viscosity is high, the friction will be large, and the frictional heat will cause the oil temperature to rise.
