Cause of oil temperature being too high
 
1.When the system does not require pressure oil, the oil still overflows back to the tank at the set pressure of the relief valve. That is, the unloading circuit is malfunctioning.

3.Wrong oil viscosity: water supply failure or fan failure
 
4.Accumulator capacity is insufficient or faulty 
 
5.Dirty oil or insufficient oil supply 
 
6.Wear of pumps, motors, valves, cylinders and other components 
 
7.There is sediment or scale in the cooling water pipes. The heat dissipation area of ​​the fuel tank is insufficient. 
 
8.There is a heat source nearby and the radiant heat is large
 
9.The resistance of the oil is too large, for example: the inner diameter of the pipe is not suitable for the required flow rate or the energy loss is too large because the valve size is too small.
 
Solutions for hydraulic machine oil stability that is too high:
 
1. Check the electronic control circuit and the corresponding valve actions; lower the unloading pressure; use a variable pump when using high pressure with small flow or low pressure with large flow. 
 
2.Under the conditions that meet the working requirements, try to lower the pressure to the appropriate level and improve the unloading circuit design;
 
3.Clean or replace the oil filter; add oil to the specified oil level
 
4.Replace the accumulator with a larger one, repair the accumulator
 
5. Check the cooling water system, replace and repair the solenoid water valve; replace and repair the fan
 
6.Replace oil with appropriate viscosity
 
7. Modify the cooling system or increase the fuel tank capacity
 
8.Clean, repair or replace cooler 
 
9. Use insulating material reflective panels or change the layout; set up ventilation and cooling devices, etc. Choose appropriate working fluid
 
10.Install appropriately sized pipes and valves
 
11.Replace worn components
