Analysis of causes of hydraulic press pressure failure
 
    First, the reason for the hydraulic control valve:
 
    (1)The damping hole of the relief valve is blocked, there are burrs on the main valve core, and there is dirt in the valve core, valve hole and gap, etc., which may cause the main valve core to get stuck in the fully open position, and the hydraulic oil output by the hydraulic pump will flow through the overflow valve. The valve directly returns to the oil tank, that is, the pressure oil line and the return oil line are short-circuited, causing the system to have no pressure; if the above burrs or dirt will If the main valve core is stuck in the closed position, the system pressure may continue to be very high and cannot be reduced; when the valve core of the relief valve or the reversing valve is stuck, the valve core will not move flexibly, and the executive component will easily fail. There is a phenomenon of sometimes moving and sometimes not moving. When detecting the system pressure, it shows that the pressure is unstable.

    (2)During the work process, if it is found that the pressure cannot go up or down, it is likely that the reversing valve has failed, causing the system to continue to be unloaded or to maintain high pressure. 
 
    (3)Leakage inside and outside the system, such as serious leakage between the valve core and the valve body hole, will also cause the system pressure to fail to increase.
 
    (4)In a system with a one-way valve, if the direction of the one-way valve is reversed, the pressure may not rise. 
 
    The second is the reason for the hydraulic pump:
 
    (1)The hydraulic pump directional control device is in the wrong position or incorrectly assembled, the pump does not work, and the system has no pressure.
 
    (2) The engine speed is too low and the power is insufficient, resulting in insufficient system flow and low hydraulic system.
 
    (3) The hydraulic pump has been used for too long, the internal wear is serious, the leakage is large, and the volumetric efficiency is low, resulting in insufficient output flow of the hydraulic pump and low system pressure.
 
 Three other reasons.
 
    (1)The oil return pipe is on the liquid surface (foam is generated when the return oil impacts the oil in the tank, causing a large amount of air to be mixed into the oil tank). The oil suction pipe is not well sealed and leaks, which can easily cause air to be mixed into the hydraulic system, resulting in unstable system pressure.
 
    (2)The oil level in the hydraulic oil tank is too low, the oil suction pipe is too thin, and the oil suction filter is blocked by impurities and dirt, which will lead to excessive oil suction resistance of the hydraulic pump (when the hydraulic pump is empty, there is often a harsh noise), resulting in insufficient system flow and pressure deviation. Low.
