1、Check whether the hydraulic pump is operating normally

 

When the four-column hydraulic press moves slowly and the hydraulic pump operates irregularly, and sometimes blockage or slight seizure occurs, it means that there is something wrong with the hydraulic pump, and the hydraulic pump should be repaired or replaced in time.

2、There is air in the hydraulic cylinder

 

When the four-column hydraulic press moves slowly, we should first consider that there is air entering the hydraulic cylinder, interrupt the corresponding exhaust operation through the exhaust device of the machine, and check whether there is air entering the movement direction of the piston rod. If so, it may be If the sealing ring is defective, the sealing ring should be replaced in time.

 

3. The hydraulic cylinder is not sensitive.

 

When peeling occurs inside the rubber hose, it will cause intermittent defects in the oil circuit, causing irregularities in the hydraulic cylinder's action. Cleaning method: Replace the rubber hose in time.

 

4. High piston movement speed

 

When the speed of the piston movement is too high, the steel ball of the one-way valve will move, and then block the orifice of the one-way valve, causing irregularities in the movement of the hydraulic cylinder. When this happens, the steel ball should be converted into a poppet valve with a pilot valve.

 

5. Check the piston operation condition

 

When the hydraulic cylinder of a four-column hydraulic press with a buffer device is started intermittently in the reverse direction, the piston may be temporarily interrupted or reversed, causing the hydraulic press to move slowly. This is because the one-way valve orifice is too small, causing very little hydraulic oil to enter the buffer chamber of the machine. When this defect occurs, the orifice of the one-way valve should be enlarged to increase the amount of oil entering the buffer chamber.
