Causes and solutions for hydraulic press oil leakage

    Oil leakage is the most feared thing for Deep Drawing Hydraulic Press operators, which is accompanied by a decrease in hydraulic pressure, waste and pollution of hydraulic oil. Oil leakage occurs in different locations, and has different effects on Deep Drawing Hydraulic Press, which should be taken seriously and cannot be ignored. 1. 50 ton hydraulic press hydraulic cylinder oil leakage

 

　　(1) When assembling the seal of a 50 ton hydraulic press cylinder, it often passes through threads, splines, keyways and sharp edges. If you are not careful, it is very easy to cause oil leakage from the sealing lip. Solution: disassemble and reinstall the seal;

 

       (2) When assembling the Hydraulic Hot Pressing Press hydraulic cylinder, the end cover is installed offset, and the piston rod and cylinder are not concentric, making it difficult for the piston rod to extend and accelerating the wear of the seal. Solution: disassemble and inspect, and reassemble;

 

　（3）The seals of the hydraulic cylinder are aged or severely worn, causing oil leakage when the hydraulic cylinder is pressurized. Solution: Disassemble the hydraulic cylinder and replace it with a new seal.

 

2.Hydraulic pipeline oil leakage.

 

1. Hydraulic pipeline quality is not up to standard

 

　　The quality of hydraulic pipelines is not up to standard, the pressure-bearing capacity is low, and the use time is short, oil leakage is prone to occur. For iron oil pipes, the thickness of the pipe wall is uneven, which reduces the load-bearing capacity of the oil pipe; for hoses, the quality of rubber Poor, the steel wire layer has insufficient tension, uneven weaving, and insufficient load-bearing capacity. Solution: Choose oil pipes produced by high-quality large companies.

 

（2）The quality of hydraulic pipelines is not up to standard, the pressure-bearing capacity is low, and the use time is short, oil leakage is prone to occur. 　　1. If the hydraulic pump seal has quality problems or is aging, causing oil leakage, it should be disassembled and replaced with a new seal;

 

　　2. The external oil pipe of the hydraulic pump is loose, the pipe joint is damaged, and the O-ring is aged or cracked. Solution: After disassembling, replace the O-ring with a new one and reinstall it;

 

　　3. The internal components of the hydraulic pump are aging or severely worn, causing oil leakage. The solution is to directly replace the hydraulic pump with a new one.

4. 200 ton hydraulic press hydraulic valve block oil leakage

 

　　1. There is a problem with the quality of the valve block, and there are blisters, resulting in oil leakage. The solution: Check the oil leaking valve block to see if it is worth repairing, otherwise replace it with a new one directly;

 

　　2、The valve block is not installed properly, causing oil leakage at the connection. It should be removed and reinstalled;

 

　　3、 The valve block seals are aging or damaged, causing oil leakage. The solution is: remove the valve block, replace the seals with new ones, and reinstall them.
