The difference between a four-column servo press and a frame servo press

2. Four-column Servo Press and Frame Type Servo Press have different uses:

 

(1) Four-column Servo Press has a wide range of applications and is suitable for metal stamping, bending, flanging or shallow drawing and cold extrusion processes. It is also suitable for metal powder products and non-metallic materials controlled forming processes, so we generally call it "Four-column universal press".

 

(2) This press is mainly used for the correction of shaft parts and profiles and the press-fitting of bushing parts, so it is also called "correction press". According to the processing requirements, it can also complete the bending, embossing, forming, simple part stretching and other process operations of plate parts, and can also be used for powder and plastic products with less stringent control requirements.

3. The operation methods of Four-column Servo Press and Frame Type Servo Press are different:

 

(1) Four-column Servo Press adopts button centralized control, has independent power mechanism and electrical system, can realize single-action and semi-action cycle action, the working pressure and speed limit of this machine can be adjusted according to the needs within the stroke range, can realize two process modes of fixed pressure and fixed stroke molding, and has pressure holding delay and active return action after limit. For products such as plastics, glass fiber, insulation materials and abrasives, it is also suitable for calibration, pressing and other processes.

 

(2) C-type Servo Press adopts handle or foot operation, can adjust the machine pressure within the specified range, control the stroke size, and is relatively simple to operate.
