The operating procedures of the core shooting machine are as follows:
1、 Before the operation of the core shooting machine
1. Remove obstacles that hinder the normal operation of the core shooting machine equipment.
2. Lubricate the equipment according to the lubrication card regulations.
3. Check whether the fasteners of key parts of the core shooting machine equipment are tightened. If they are loose, they must be tightened properly.
5. Check if all the door handles are in the stationary position.
6. Unscrew the compressed air valve and conduct a no-load test of the core shooting machine equipment. During this process, it is necessary to check whether the mechanism is functioning properly and whether the pipelines of each valve are leaking air.
 
2、 During the operation of the core shooting machine
 
1. After the core shooting machine is started, the operator must not leave the work post without permission. They should concentrate their thoughts, follow the process procedures, and operate carefully, but it is not allowed to operate two gates at the same time.
 
2. Regularly pay attention to the operation of the core shooting machine. If there is poor lubrication, loose fasteners, damaged parts, pipeline leakage, or other abnormal phenomena, the machine should be stopped immediately for handling, and maintenance personnel should be notified for repair if necessary.
 
3. During the production process, if the core shooting machine is found to have weak vibration, compaction, flipping, or clamping, maintenance personnel should be notified to inspect and repair it.
 
4. Regularly maintain the vibration piston in a lubricated state, blow off the sand on the piston regularly, and then spray lubricating oil.
 
5. When lifting the sand box, it is not allowed to collide with the model or the door handle to avoid damaging the model or causing misoperation.
 
6. During the production process, regularly remove the accumulated sand on and around the core shooting machine to prevent sand from entering the cylinder.
 
7. If an accident occurs with the core shooting machine, the equipment should be immediately stopped, the scene should be maintained, and relevant departments should be reported for inspection, analysis, and handling.
 
3、 After the work is completed
 
1. Clean up the site, remove the accumulated sand on and around the core shooting machine, and wipe the equipment clean.
2. Place all the valve handles of the core shooting machine in the stationary position and turn off the compressed air main valve.
3. Sandboxes or other objects are not allowed to be parked on or around the core shooting machine equipment.
 
The working principle of the core shooting machine is to inject a core sand mixture with liquid or solid thermosetting resin as a binder into a heated core box. The sand core quickly hardens to a certain thickness (about 5-10 mm) in the hot core box and is removed to obtain high-quality sand core products with smooth surface and precise size.
