Detailed explanation of the materials and functions of the core components of Deep Drawing Hydraulic Press

 If you are asked to assemble a computer, everyone will definitely know that there are several core components that must ensure that the quality reaches a certain level. Otherwise, the assembled computer will be difficult to achieve the ideal. It is better to buy a four-column hydraulic press or other structural models. Hydraulic presses should pay attention to the following core configurations:

 

  Upper beam, workbench, oil cylinder, four-column or frame or single-arm mechanism, slider, limit device, etc. Their functions are introduced one by one below:

 1. The upper crossbeam, workbench, slider and other large parts are all steel plate welded parts. After computer optimization design, their strength, rigidity, structure, deformation resistance, etc. meet the standards and use requirements, and have sufficient safety factors; carbon dioxide gas shielded welding and manual arc welding are used, the welding quality meets the requirements, and the internal stress is eliminated.

 

2. Upper crossbeam: It is a steel plate welded part with a box-shaped structure, and the main working cylinder and liquid filling tank are installed on the upper part.

 

3. Workbench: It is a steel plate welded structural part, connected with the upper crossbeam and slider through the column to form the main machine.

 

4. Cylinder: It adopts a five-cylinder design, arranged in the upper beam hole, sealed with a double-pass inlet sealing ring, and the guide part is treated with copper welding, which has good sealing and strong wear resistance. The cylinder body is made of 45# forged steel, and the forgings are grade 3 (GB/13315-1991). The forgings are ultrasonically tested and the hardness is qualified after quenching and tempering.

 

 5. Column: Made of 45# forged steel, the surface is hard chrome plated after quenching and tempering to increase wear resistance and meet the hardness requirements.

 

6. An ejector is provided under the workbench, which is mainly used for ejection and material removal, and can also be used for the forming process of reverse stretching parts.

 

7. Limit device: Located on the right side of the main body, the travel switch controls the upper and lower limit positions. Adjusting the upper and lower limit switches can adjust the upper and lower movement positions of the slider.

 

8. Slider: A steel plate welded part with a box-shaped structure. The guide sleeve material at the guide hole of the four columns is QT cast iron, which has good wear resistance and good precision retention. There is a T-slot on the lower plane of the slider for installing the mold.

 

9. The nut is made of 45# forged steel, which matches the thread on the column to lock the fuselage.
