　　1）Maximum working stroke (mm): The maximum working stroke refers to the distance from the top of the workbench to the lower surface of the movable beam when the movable beam is at the upper limit position. It reflects the size of the working space in the height direction of the four-column hydraulic press. The size of the working stroke should be based on the height of the mold and backing plate. and the size of the space required to put in and take out the workpiece and other process factors to determine

 

　　2）Nominal pressure (KN): The nominal pressure is the main design parameter of the four-column hydraulic press. It reflects the main working capacity of the hydraulic press. It is the maximum pressure that the hydraulic press can nominally produce. It is numerically equal to the product of the total area of ​​the working plunger and the liquid pressure.

 

　　3）Large clearance/opening height (mm): Large clearance refers to the distance from the upper surface of the workbench to the lower surface of the movable beam when the movable beam is at the upper limit position. It reflects the size of the working space in the hydraulic height direction and should be determined according to the mold and pad. The height of the plate, the size of the working stroke and the size of the required space determine its size (length l width b) depending on the plane size of the mold

 

      4）Workbench size (mm×mm): In processing processes such as forging, die forging and stamping, mobile workbench is often set up

 

　　5）The movement speed of the movable crossbeam of the hydraulic press/slide speed (mm/s): the movement speed of the movable crossbeam is divided into two types: working stroke speed and no-load return speed

 

　　6）Column center distance (mm × mm): In a four-column hydraulic press, the column center distance reflects the size of the working space in the plane size of the hydraulic press.
