 4. There is an ejection device under the workbench, which is mainly used for ejection, material removal and other processes, and can also be used for the forming process of reverse-stretched parts.

 

  5. Oil cylinder: It adopts a five-cylinder design and is arranged in the upper beam hole. It is sealed with a double-pass imported sealing ring. The guide part is treated with welded copper. It has good sealing and strong wear resistance. The material of the oil cylinder body is No. 45 forged steel, and the forging is Grade 3 (GB/13315-1991) forgings pass ultrasonic flaw detection and have qualified hardness after quenching and tempering treatment.

 

  6. Workbench: Steel plate welded structural member, connected to the upper beam and slider through columns to form the main machine.

 

  7. Limit device: Located on the right side of the main body, the travel switch controls the upper and lower limit positions. Adjusting the upper and lower limit switches adjusts the up and down movement position of the slider.

 

  8. The nut material is 45# forged steel, which matches the thread on the column and locks the fuselage.

 

  9. Column: The material is 45# forged steel. After quenching and tempering treatment, the surface is plated with hard chromium to increase wear resistance and the hardness is qualified.
