Requirements for selecting an exhaust device

 

       When vibration or crawling occurs, it is mostly because air is mixed into the cylinder, causing it to fail to operate normally. The air must be discharged from the cylinder as soon as possible by installing an exhaust device.

       For hydraulic cylinders with low requirements for Hydraulic Press Machine, there is generally no special exhaust device, and the oil ports are installed at the high positions at both ends of the cylinder barrel, so that the air can be discharged into the oil tank and then flow out with the oil. However, for hydraulic presses with high requirements for speed and stability, special exhaust devices are required, which are usually installed at the high position of the hydraulic cylinder. A safety exhaust plug is placed at the high position of the cylinder head of the four-column hydraulic press. When exhausting, loosen the screw, move back and forth several times within the entire stroke, and tighten the screw when you see oil flowing out.
