   The hydraulic press hydraulic system generally needs to be flushed before it is officially put into operation. The purpose of flushing is to remove residual contaminants, metal chips, fiber compounds, iron cores, etc. in the system. In the first two hours of work, even if the system is not completely damaged, it will cause a series of faults. Therefore, the cleaning of the 50 ton hydraulic press system oil circuit should be carried out according to the following steps:

1) Clean the oil tank with an easy-to-dry cleaning solvent and remove solvent residues with filtered air.
 
2) Clean all pipes in the system. In some cases, pipes and joints need to be impregnated.
 
3) Install an oil filter in the pipeline to protect the valve's oil supply line and pressure line.
 
4) Install a flushing plate on the collector to replace precision valves such as electro-hydraulic servo valves.
 
5) Check whether all pipelines are of appropriate size and connected correctly.
 
If an electro-hydraulic servo valve is used in the system, the flushing plate of the servo valve should allow oil to flow from the oil supply line to the collector and directly return to the oil tank. This allows the oil to circulate repeatedly to flush the system and allows the oil filter to filter out solid particles. During the flushing process, check the oil filter every 1 to 2 hours to prevent the oil filter from being blocked by contaminants. Do not open the bypass at this time. If you find that the oil filter begins to clog, replace the oil filter immediately.
 
The flushing cycle is determined by the structure of the system and the degree of system contamination. If the filter medium sample has no or few external contaminants, install a new oil filter, remove the flushing plate, and install the valve!
 
Planned maintenance: Establish a regular maintenance system for the system. The following are better maintenance suggestions for the hydraulic system:
 
1) Regularly flush the oil pump's oil inlet filter.
 
2) The oil should be checked and replaced every 500 hours or up to three months.
 
3) Check whether the hydraulic oil is contaminated by acidification or other contaminants. You can roughly identify whether it has deteriorated by smelling the smell of the hydraulic oil.
 
4) Be familiar with the internal structure and main hydraulic components of the Pneumatic machinery hydraulic system, be familiar with the principles of the hydraulic system, master the operating sequence of the hydraulic system, and operate strictly in accordance with the instructions.
 
5) Ensure that no foreign matter enters the oil tank through the oil tank's vent cap, oil filter plug seat, oil return pipe sealing gasket, and other openings in the oil tank.
 
6) Repair the leaks in the system.
 
7) If the Machine hydraulic press is down for more than 4 hours, the hydraulic pump motor needs to be started for dry running before it can work under pressure.
 
8) When the temperature difference between winter and summer is large, pay attention to the temperature changes in the oil tank and avoid direct sunlight, otherwise it may cause excessive temperature.
 
9) Before starting the small hydraulic press hydraulic system, check whether the hydraulic valves of the hydraulic system are in place, check the condition of the oil tank to avoid starting due to too little oil, check the condition of the oil cylinder or motor, and start the system only after all checks are completed.
 
10) During the disassembly and maintenance of the hydraulic press brake, the parts should be properly kept. The hydraulic components must be installed in the original installation position after installation and disassembly. The position of the hydraulic components must not be changed at will to maintain the integrity of the equipment.
