1. Poor pipe bending: When installing hard pipes, the specified bending radius must be followed. If the bending radius is too small, the pipe surface will gradually become thinner, wrinkles will appear on the inner wall, resulting in increased bending stress and decreased pipe strength. Under strong vibration or external pressure shock, the pipe is prone to horizontal cracks and oil leakage. The installation of the hose also requires attention, and improper bending will cause hose damage and oil leakage.

2. The pipe installation and fixation do not meet the requirements: When installing the pipe, the technician should ensure that the pipe length and viewing angle are appropriate to avoid forced installation and deformation of the pipe. When fixing the pipe, pay attention to the rotation of the pipe during the bolt tightening process to prevent deformation or collision with other parts. When fixing the pipe lock, too loose will increase vibration, and too tight may cause damage or deformation of the pipe. When tightening the pipe joint, if the bending distance seriously exceeds the regulations, the joint flare will break, the thread will be strained, and oil leakage will occur.

3. Damage or aging of the hydraulic pipe: Hard pipe breakage is usually caused by fatigue, so it is necessary to regularly check and replace the damaged pipe. When the hydraulic system is running, the hydraulic pipeline is under pressure due to unstable pressure, which leads to the combined effects of vibration effect and installation stress, promoting stress concentration in the hard pipe, fatigue fracture of the pipe and oil leakage. Hydraulic pipelines usually bear high pressure and work in a harsh environment, but oil leakage failures can be prevented and avoided.
