Reasons for slow oil return of Servo Press

  The C-type Servo Press has a slow oil return when it is not loaded. The possible reasons are as follows:

 

1. The rubber ring inside the oil cylinder may be damaged. Some C-type Servo Press are designed with a Y-shaped rubber ring, which seals the upper and lower movements separately. Therefore, it is possible that the oil return seal is rotten, resulting in slow oil return. The oil cylinder can be disassembled for inspection.

2. There is a problem with the control components in the hydraulic system. The oil return valve and throttle valve are on the oil return path of the hydraulic cylinder. These two are called return throttle speed control systems. Slow oil return may be due to the internal valve core being stuck and needing to be disassembled and cleaned.

 

  3. The set pressure of the pressure regulating valve does not meet the requirements.

 

   After checking and debugging the Four-column Servo Press system, it was found that the fast forward and working actions of the hydraulic cylinder were normal, but the fast retraction process was abnormal. The one-way valve was checked and it was working normally. When the hydraulic cylinder resumed its working load, the system pressure was low, and the hydraulic pump outlet flow was all input into the hydraulic cylinder through the rod chamber, which would make the hydraulic cylinder produce a higher speed. However, it was found that the return speed of the hydraulic cylinder was not only very slow, but the system pressure was still very high at this time.

 

   After disassembling and inspecting the reversing valve of the 20T Slider Type Servo Press, it was found that the return spring of the reversing valve was not only insufficiently elastic, but also deflected, causing the reversing valve core to be unable to return to its original position after power failure, and the return clearance of the valve core became smaller, passing through the throttling oil of the reversing valve. Most of the pressure oil output by the hydraulic pump overflowed to the oil tank through the relief valve. At this time, the pressure before the reversing valve has reached the set pressure of the return oil throttle valve of the relief valve, which is the reason for the pressure increase when the hydraulic cylinder returns oil. The pressure oil overflowed from the manual chopper back to the oil tank, and the oil entering the rod chamber of the hydraulic cylinder through the reversing valve will inevitably decrease, so the return speed of the hydraulic cylinder is very slow.
