What should I do if the 50 ton hydraulic press does not work properly?

(1) The control pressure of the Pneumatic machinery hydraulic system is too low. This may be caused by excessive throttling resistance in the control pipeline, improper adjustment of the flow valve, inappropriate control pressure, interference with the pressure source, etc. At this time, the control pressure source should be checked to ensure that the pressure is adjusted to the system specified value.

 

(2) Air enters the 50 ton hydraulic press hydraulic system. This is mainly due to system leakage. At this time, check whether the hydraulic oil tank level, the seals and pipe joints on the suction side of the hydraulic pump, and the suction filter are too dirty. If so, add hydraulic oil, handle the seals and pipe joints, and clean or replace the coarse filter element.

 (3) The valve core is stuck or the valve hole is blocked. When the flow valve or directional valve core is stuck or the valve hole is blocked, the hydraulic cylinder is prone to malfunction or failure. At this time, check the contamination of the oil; check whether there is dirt or colloid deposits stuck in the valve core or blocking the valve hole; check the wear of the valve body.

 

(4) The piston rod, cylinder body or hydraulic cylinder of the Deep Drawing Hydraulic Press is stuck. No matter how it is operated, the hydraulic cylinder does not move or moves very little. At this time, check whether the piston and piston rod seals are too tight, whether there is dirt or colloid deposits entering: whether the piston rod and cylinder axis are aligned, and whether the easily worn parts and seals are invalid.
