1. When cleaning the main system of the hydraulic machine, a temporary oil filter should be installed on the return pipe of the main circuit to filter out impurities in the main system.

2. When cleaning the oil pipe of the hydraulic machine, avoid dirt and other impurities such as cotton yarn from being mixed into the pipe. Four-column hydraulic machines can affect system functionality.

3. After cleaning the original fluid system of the hydraulic press, it needs to be debugged item by item.

4. After the hydraulic machine is cleaned, all tissues should be restored to their original positions, and all parts of the oil tank should be cleaned, and new hydraulic oil should be added in the equipment operation manual.

5. The main system of the hydraulic machine should be clean, and no oil or alcohol should be used as a cleaning agent to avoid corrosion of hydraulic components. Turbine oil with a temperature of 38°C and a viscosity of 20cst is usually used as a cleaning agent. If the oil temperature rises to 50°C-80°C, the cleaning effect will be very good.
