Oil; the seal of the cooler or heat exchanger is damaged, or the cooling pipe is broken, causing water to penetrate into the oil; due to the tight sealing of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod, the humid air entering the system condenses into water droplets; when the hydraulic press uses oil, moisture enters or the oil is exposed to a humid environment, and there is a close relationship between water and water.
 
The hazards of hydraulic oil after being contaminated mainly include the following points. During use, everyone must pay attention.
 
1. After a certain amount of water is mixed in the oil, the hydraulic oil will emulsify in a turbid state. If the hydraulic oil itself has poor anti-emulsification ability, water cannot be separated from the oil after standing for a period of time, so the oil is always white. In this state, the white turbid emulsified oil enters the hydraulic system of the four-column hydraulic press, which will not only cause the hydraulic components to rust, but also reduce its lubrication performance, thereby aggravating the wear of parts and reducing system efficiency.
 
2. After the iron system metal in the hydraulic system of the high-pressure hydraulic press rusts, the peeling rust will flow in the hydraulic system pipes and hydraulic components, and spread and spread, causing the entire system to rust inside, resulting in more peeling rust and oxides.
 
3. Water reacts with certain additives in the engine oil to produce precipitation, colloids and other pollutants, thereby accelerating the aging of the engine oil; sulfur and chlorine in water and oil will produce sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, which will aggravate the wear of components and accelerate their corrosion. The oxidation and deterioration of the oil even produce a large amount of sludge.
 
4. Water pollutants and oxidation products become catalysts for further oxidation, causing the hydraulic components to be blocked or blocked, resulting in the failure of the hydraulic system of the four-column hydraulic press, the oil distribution pipe to be blocked, and the efficiency of the cooler and a series of blockages, such as oil filter failure.
 
The main reason for the hydraulic press plunger is the deformation of the cylinder bore. When assembling the hydraulic press, the upper steel ball fell off. When starting the pump, the end face of the cylinder was stuck, causing the plunger to die due to deformation. Of course, there are other reasons, such as the center return spring of the hydraulic press is damaged, and the cylinder support roller bearing is still damaged. If the gap is too large, the pressure will not increase or the oil output is insufficient under high pressure, and the plunger of the hydraulic press has low heat treatment hardness, the material does not meet the requirements, or the surface roughness of the cylinder is high. For severely worn plungers and cylinders, they can be replaced. If the deformation of the cylinder hole is not very serious, precision or grinding methods can be used to make its shape and position accuracy meet the tolerance requirements.
