1. Common sense operating errors. Although this phenomenon is relatively simple, it should also attract the attention of operators, such as the three-phase connection is reversed, the oil level in the oil tank does not reach the specified value, the pressure regulating valve cannot increase the pressure (and the overflow valve is improperly adjusted). This phenomenon usually occurs when a new employee uses a servo hydraulic press for the first time.

3. Oil leakage. First, carefully check whether there is any obvious oil leakage on the surface of the machine (hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pipeline that plays a connecting role); if not, it means that the oil seal of the piston is damaged. Put this aside first. Because unless you really can’t find a solution, you will disassemble the hydraulic cylinder to replace the oil seal ring;
