   During the working process of 20 ton hydraulic press, the working environment of the hydraulic system is high speed and high pressure, so the load on the hydraulic cylinder is very large, causing elastic or elastoplastic expansion or deformation of the inner diameter of the cylinder. So why does the hydraulic cylinder expand? Let's study it.

    First of all, this is related to the hydraulic cylinder of the Deep Drawing Hydraulic Press. The cylinder barrel of the hydraulic cylinder is slender and most prone to expansion. Since the strength and stiffness are distributed in a parabolic state, the expansion mostly occurs near the middle point of the highest working pressure chamber of the Deep Drawing Hydraulic Press, which is proportional to the distribution pressure of the working oil. It is recommended that hydraulic press manufacturers pay attention to the strength verification of the hydraulic cylinder when designing the hydraulic cylinder. If the hydraulic cylinder buffer device fails and is in the open state, the piston cannot slow down and hits the cylinder head, causing overpressure.
