Anti-interference measures for hydraulic presses

1. Shielding method. In order to prevent the  hydraulic press and components from being affected by external electromagnetic fields, isolation and shielding measures are usually used. Electrostatic shielding is to eliminate interference caused by partial capacitance between circuits; low-frequency magnetic field shielding is used for constant magnetic fields and low-frequency magnetic fields. Shielding can be achieved by using ferromagnetic materials with high magnetic permeability, limiting the magnetic lines of force in shielded conductors with very small magnetic resistance. This type of interference can also be eliminated by using twisted pairs; electromagnetic shielding can withstand or exclude electromagnetic forces through reflection or absorption.

2. Physical isolation method, increase the distance between the interfered circuit or device of the hydraulic press and the interference source. Since the interference intensity is inversely proportional to the square of the distance, increasing the distance between the interference source and the interfered circuit as much as possible will greatly reduce the interference. Propagation will also reduce the failure rate of the hydraulic system, especially in harsh power supply environments. The editor of the  hydraulic press recommends that you use a stable power supply. In order to suppress the power supply noise and interference between the power supply and the earth cable, you can connect the power supply of the  hydraulic press with the CNC An isolation transformer is connected between the devices.

 

3. The filter can suppress input interference and various interferences induced on the signal transmission line. Commonly used are low-pass filters and DC filters, which are generally installed between the power supply of the  hydraulic press and the CNC device.

 

4. Grounding method. The connects its outer casing to the earth for protective grounding. If the  system ground wire is connected to the earth, the system is grounded. Anti-interference purposes can also be achieved through protective grounding or system grounding.
