  Hydraulic press for forging is a kind of equipment that uses liquid medium to transmit pressure to realize the plastic processing of metal materials. According to its working principle and structural characteristics, it can be divided into four-column type, eight-column type, frame type and hydraulic manipulator type.
Hydraulic heat press forging can be widely used in the forming and deformation processing of various metal materials, especially for the forging of high-strength and high-precision parts. Specific application areas include machinery manufacturing, aerospace, automobile manufacturing, petrochemical and other fields. Using hydraulic press forging technology, parts, pins, frames, gears and other parts of various shapes can be produced.

  Hydraulic heat press forging is superior to other forging methods in terms of process and technology, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. High-strength solid steel plate beam, providing a safe and reliable production foundation and adaptability. The three beams of the forged hydraulic press are made of integral solid steel plates, which can meet the diversified needs of forged hydraulic presses. We use high-density customized steel plates in the design of the three main beams, and the matching positions of the cylinder body, guide part and crossbeam are made by forging technology. In the processing of the three crossbeams, we use CNC gantry grinding and machining center, which not only ensures the plane accuracy, but also ensures the verticality of the guide hole of the slider, thereby ensuring the quality of the three crossbeams.
2. High anti-eccentric load capacity, no obvious lateral vibration will occur during eccentric forging. In the design of the slider, the guide rails of the four columns are lengthened, the guide rail length is increased, and the effective working stroke of the machine is effectively increased. Generally speaking, the distribution of the output force of the three cylinders is proportional to the ratio of the middle cylinder and the two side cylinders. The ratio of the three we designed is 3:1:1. In this way, due to the reduction of the output force of the cylinders on both sides, the generation of the eccentric load force is also reduced. The three main cylinders are connected to the movable crossbeam with a joint ball seat, and a split flange floating limiter is used to effectively eliminate the influence of the eccentric load force.
3. It has a convenient and fast die change function, which can be used for special operations such as hot forging die replacement. The quick die change device uses two oil cylinders or oil cylinder drive, inserts four positioning round pins, and can easily fix the upper anvil on the upper pad. When the upper anvil needs to be removed, the oil cylinder piston extends, pulls out the pin, removes the round pin, and the upper anvil can be removed.
4. It has the advantages of rapid, smooth, and impact-free reversing during high-speed repeated forging, and can achieve 46 repeated forgings per minute. The hydraulic system adopts a single-channel and dual-channel cartridge valve control system. The cartridge valve has good sealing, high sensitivity, strong reliability, fast speed, and pollution resistance, which is very suitable for the forging environment. The three-level control system is adopted to make the oil flow in the pipeline change smoothly, reduce the impact of the oil circuit, and make the equipment run smoothly. The single and double flow channels reduce the impact of the oil flow, expand the flow of the pipeline, and reduce the vibration of the body during high-speed reversing.
