What is the current situation of the domestic hydraulic press industry?

(1) From the perspective of production capacity and market, the output of domestic machine hydraulic presses has increased significantly every year. In 2016, the sales of domestic hydraulic presses were about 10 billion yuan, and in 2017, it reached 13 billion yuan. By the first quarter of 2018, the annual orders of various hydraulic press industries had been basically saturated. Compared with developed countries, domestic hydraulic presses do not have advantages in output value and sales revenue, but from the perspective of production units and total tonnage, my country's hydraulic press output is in a leading position in the international market.

  Four post hydraulic presses account for more than 90% of the domestic market, and the proportion of export product output value in the total output value is very small, less than 5%. Only a few companies have the conditions to export products, and most of them are exported to third world countries. Most of the hydraulic presses imported by my country are special hydraulic presses, most of which are export-oriented products. The number of hydraulic presses from Europe and the United States is very small.

 

(2) In terms of product technology level, my country's 50,000 ton press technology level has reached the international intermediate level or above. Through technology introduction or cooperation with domestic and foreign peers, some hydraulic press manufacturers have achieved rapid development. However, in some hydraulic presses with high technical content, some key technologies such as hydraulic components and electrical control components still need to be developed in cooperation with domestic and foreign enterprises or scientific research institutions to develop hydraulic components and electrical control systems.

  Components are also mainly imported. At present, domestic hydraulic press products are mainly composed of single machines or independent production lines, mainly relying on manual loading and unloading. Hydraulic presses with automatic loading and unloading functions account for less than 3%, and automatic production lines composed of multiple machines are still in the initial stage.

 

(3) In terms of quality level, as users' requirements for product quality continue to increase, domestic hydraulic press manufacturers pay more and more attention to product quality. With the introduction and absorption of the former Soviet Union's general hydraulic press technology, the rigidity and strength of domestic electric hydraulic presses are far superior to those of Japan and South Korea, and can be comparable to European and American products.

 

  In the development of the domestic electric hydraulic press industry, the technology and production capacity of domestic hydraulic presses have gradually matured, and the domestic market share has reached 90%, and it has begun to export to some developed countries.

However, in the future development of the hydraulic press industry, efforts are still needed, especially to do the following work:

(1) Enhance the technical research and development capabilities of enterprises and improve the development capabilities of new products. Competition in the machine tool industry depends largely on the technical content of the products. If my country's hydraulic press industry wants to occupy the world's intermediate market, it must first reach the international advanced technical level. In order to improve the comprehensive technical level of hydraulic presses, my country should establish specialized research institutions and talent teams.

(2) Strengthen cooperation between enterprises, unite main machine manufacturers, automatic unloading enterprises and scientific research institutes, give full play to their respective advantages, jointly develop and undertake complete sets of automated production line projects, and solve related technologies.

(3) Improve product quality and provide high-reliability products. In order to adapt to the production of automatic assembly lines and assembly lines, the reliability of the hydraulic system should be improved.
